Directions
After brushing and flossing, rinse with 20mL undiluted for 30 seconds, twice daily. Expel the liquid. Do not swallow. Do not use in children 12 years of age or less.

Finally a mouthwash targeted to gums!
I have had some gum irritation/sensitivity for a year or two now. Every other mouth wash i have tried makes my gums sting and feel swollen. This one is very mild and does not aggravate my gums. I have been using this product for a week and have all ready noticed a reduction in my gum sensitivity. So happy with this product.

Plus and Minus
I felt Listerine mouthwash gum care was effective in freshening my mouth however I wasn’t a big fan of the flavour (eucalyptus). In saying that it was much milder and without the ‘burn’ of regular mouthwashes which was a plus.
